Responsibilities and Accomplishments:

• Providing consulting, planning, implementation, and documentation for networking, information security, and general server administration for clients.
• These services have included installation and documentation of Linux based DNS servers, installation and documentation of Cisco LAN Management Solution (CiscoWorks), installation of a Cisco VPN Concentrator, configuration changes to Cisco PIX firewalls, switches, and routers, troubleshooting network issues, and automating backups.

Problem Support Technician

• Monitoring client ATM machines for inactivity, reverses, and faults.
